The activities of the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust are overseen by a

twelve-member Board of Trustees. The members of the Board of Trustees are

elected to serve three-year renewable terms. Representing a variety of professions,

all Board members share a commitment to the mission of the Trust:  "To preserve

land in its natural state so that future generations will be able to enjoy it as we do."

Members of the Board work throughout the year on fund-raising events and a variety

of special functions, including work parties on the Trust's properties. A variable number

of Trustee Associates attend and participate in Board meetings in a nonvoting capacity.

The activities of the Trust are administered by the Executive Director.
